Muscle gain		I took t bomb to help my gain muscle in order for me to loose the fat while I was in training.

Taste		but it's a pill so taste isn't a great factor.


Focus		but I can say that I definetly noticed a difference in my aggression and focus when i was in the gym and on patrol.
Strength		As a Marine it was perfect, now that I am out of the service im trying it out again, I have been out of the gym due to injuries from service for about 15 month and after taking some t-bomb and oxyelite I was able to rep 245 like the old days, it felt great, whether t-bomb works for you or it doesnt (non-responder/bad diet) it all relies on what you put into it, you wont gain 20lbs on bench from going to the gym and doing 3 sets of 12 with baby weight, lift big for big gains.
