How do you take Amped?

Taste		they all taste like s**t!
Taste		This one is no different, for the amount they want you to mix it is soo strong, I just think that in this day and age these companies can come up with something that can compete with plain old black coffee for taste and effectiveness.
Mixes well		I don't know why I do this to myself, I get suckered into trying these PWO mixes thinking "this one might be different!"and

Endurance		The main benefit I experienced from using Amped was that it did in fact delay the onset of fatigue and I was able to work out harder for a longer period of time.

Taste		The flavor was fruit punch and it tasted like a fruit punch flavored pez candy.

Taste		As time went by, I started to prefer a stronger taste, so I dropped the water content down to 10oz.

Anxiety reduction		but I get anxiety/depression after workouts while on Pre-Workouts, my symptoms weren't any different than any other product while on this product, for me it lasts about 2 hours after my workout.
Focus		Focus; I will say this, the focus you get from this product is pretty good.
Pump		Pump; Sometimes the pumps were there, sometimes they were Non-Existent.
Pump		Overall; If you can get past a TERRIBLE taste (IMO), HUGE recommended dosages, and shaking Pumps, then its probably a good product for the money (2lbs for $45).

Strength		I feel the creatine in Amped helps with the strength gains and with less water retention compared to monohydrate.

Pump		I could feel the pumps mostly on leg/Bi days nothing out of this world But I could feel them after a few sets, they also went away fairly quick.
Taste		but in such small amounts did it make much of a difference, probably not Misc- No stomach/gastro problems Taste: Like kool aide fruit punch not to sweet depending on water amount mixed mine in 6 oz shaker bottle, some sediment settlement, no big deal.
