Muscle gain		At this point, I'm very impressed with Con-Cret and would recommend it to anyone looking to make serious gains in the gym.
Recovery ability		My recovery time is noticeably longer than what it was last week, and today's chest and triceps workout was certainly harder than it was on Monday.
