Focus		This gave me some very solid energy/focus in the gym to hit the weights hard and with intensity.
Muscle gain		I am a big fan of the larger doses of ingredients which helps you get more of a clinical dose of main ingredients like Creatine & Beta-Alanine and not just give you a super concentrated Caffeine/Stim powder.

Muscle gain		Results: While I was on Serum, I have gained about 4-5lbs.
Muscle gain		I can't say this is muscle gained or water weight gained due to water intakes while on Creatine.
Strength		It also helped me to regain my strength pretty quick and helped me set some new PRs (Personal Records) on a few different lifts.
Pump		It always give me the "pump" every time I train with Serum.

Taste		Tastes: 10/10 I have the blue raspberry favor and this tasted awesome by itself.

Gas or bloating	Non Bloating: 10/10 I have tried some creatines in the past and some of them gave me that bloated feeling.
