Muscle gain		I've actually maintained my weight, added lean muscle mass, and stripped off a layer of fat from my chest, stomach and love handles.

Physical energy		I've had all the beneficial effects that companies advertise - muscle fullness & hardness, better energy (even felt ok when going extended days on 3 hours sleep while I was moving,) more confidence (one of the MOST noticeable and strongest effects,) also I did not gave issues like everyone talks about with acne or "backne."
