Pro Complex by Optimum Nutrition is the result of modern processes that allow for the isolation, concentration, and selective modification of bioactive compounds in various whey and egg proteins. Utilizing an exclusive blend of Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolate, Cross Flow Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Isolates, Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Concentrate, Hydrolyzed Whey Peptide, Glutamine Peptides, and Egg Albumen, Pro Complex delivers an incredible 55 grams of the highest quality protein available on the market.

Dedicated athletes know, each protein has a different amino acid profile. Whey proteins are particularly loaded in the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine.
