GABA, or Gamma-Aminobutryic Acid, is a powerful amino acid that was first discovered in 1883 in Berlin. It is actually classified as a neurotransmitter, which means it helps nerve impulses cross the synapses (gaps) and communicate better. GABA has a great number of positive effects on the nervous system.

Taste		I like the fact it doesn't have any taste and I get a restful sleep.After about 3 days I noticed I felt really good and stronger like I could lift more weight and wanted to workout.It does give you a tingly feeling after drinking it


Taste		It has a salty flavor in water (if in something other than water you won't taste it).
Mixes well		To start the powder mixes extremely well, as soon as you put into your water it dissolves.


Texture		My past 3 orders of Dymatize Gaba has had a Parmesan cheese smell and taste, yellow coloring, and sugar like consistency (It is usually like flour) that is very sticky and gritty.

Recovery ability		I have less DOMS the next day, so I know this product is helping with muscle recovery.


Value for money		Worst 11 bucks ever spent, don't waste your money on this one guys..

Mixes well		I liked how easy it mixed with my casein protein I took before bed.

Difficulty sleeping	It gave me tingling, shortness of breath for like 5-10 sec and then I just became slleepless and couldn't get a sleep until 6 am..

Physical energy		I do get a "heat rush" sensation about 10-20 minutes after I take it.
