Strength		As far as the strength and testosterone benefits, I have no way to gauge if it works there or not.
Value for money		Great product at a great price.


Endurance		I can't attest to the strength/endurance benefits of this product (I haven't taken it for that long and I am constantly switching supps, so it's hard to tell what is doing what),

Muscle gain		but you are out after taking this...I did have better workouts when on it, leveled off after I stopped and then picked back up when I got it again.

Muscle gain		I've stack this with ds activate xretme, bsn nitrix, and on gold standard 100% whey and gain a clean 7lbs of lean muscle.


Recovery ability		Definietly helped me recover faster, and get better, deeper sleep.
