Taste		but the bad thing about I can say, is the taste and mixing.
Taste		It is so horrible, it taste pretty much like dirt and it's hard to swallow as when your drinking water it forms into big clumps.

Recovery ability		Recovery is great with this product and enough to last you a life time haha
Taste		UNREAL! man if you can suck up with taste ( i just shotgun it down) then this is for you.

Texture		It's horrible to take down as it basically tastes like, and has the consistency of, salt.
Physical energy		I've never had more long-lasting energy in the gym, and this isn't a caffeine high type of energy either.

Value for money		It has one of the best values i've ever seen in a supplement.


Endurance		This stuff is great for strength and stamina.
Thermogenic effect		As a heavy sweater, I think this product is especially great for me due to the high electrolyte content.

Mixes well		zero mixability-if you pre-plan and mix it up the day before in warm water and then refridgerate this helps a lot.


Pump		Most importantly though is I have not noticed any extra pumps from it, and that's the one thing that it's supposed to do.
Value for money		Ya it's cheap,

Diarrhea	Secondly It gave me the runs for 3 days after the first use, which I think was my fault though b/c I washed it down with Jack3d and did not drink a lot of water after words.


Pump		I got advice from one of the Controlled Labs reps on how to use GlycerGROW and BAM! Pumps were Heaven-sent!

Endurance		Then I took four scoops with two scoops of white flood and then the effect on endurance, strength and vascularity was mediocre at best after three weeks of continuous use.

Taste		but if you put in a plastic bottle and shake it for a while it will dissolve to try to hide a little bit of the taste, i take it with a preworkout last time i did it with citrulline+supercharge+glycercrow+leucine+500mg of vitamin c and it tasted like crap
