Taste		So I tried this today before my workout and first off, it tastes like cough medicine!
Taste		I slowing finished it during my workout ( while holding my nose because it tasted so awful) and now it did nothing for me during the workout, just made me nauseous!


Focus		It gives a gradual increase in intensity and amazing focus in the gym.

Recovery ability		i would drink a serving before my workout and follow up with a recovery mix. it helped with my plateau.

Physical energy		i really liked fast twitch! it gave me good energy all threw my workouts, i felt alil pump even before i wuld start workingout, and during the workout i would get a really good pump that felt really good especially if you stack it with plasmajet!

Endurance		Nutrtionwise is good, as it has some decent Creatine (high quality Kre-Alkalyn), BCAA's (Arginine AKG, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 , Taurine, (shown to boost test I believe) as well as L-Tyrosin which is a building block of protein and may help offset fatigue in some individuals) and glutamine peptides.
Pump		However I find good results with it, it gets me pumped up (more so that my normal pumped up self) and tastes great, sort a like Airheads meet Gatorade.

Thermogenic effect		I liked this pre workout drink it just has way too many stimulants and amde me sweat even before I worked out and IT made me all giddy which I didnt like.
