Pump		good products and good pump during my workout, tells you exactly whats in it and its everything you really need for a pre-workout might not work great for some people

Value for money		but considering you need 2-3 scoops (1 is a miniscule amount) the value is bogus, makes for a pretty expensive PWO compared to other/better products.
