Pump		The pumps were great at first which overtime subsided as all products tend to do.
Taste		but the arctic berry blast is the best of the two flavors, it tastes like liquid Jolly Ranchers.

Strength		My strength has been sustained through my workouts, beginning to end.
Taste		The taste.... well actually tastes exactly like Purple Wrath!(which is good) But it does what it claims.
Ingredient profile		Has a great profile.


Taste		Once you get done with your workouts your muscles feel harder, and it tastes great.
