Pump		So i increased the number of scoops and eventually it got to the point were i was getting more pumped from drinking water as a pre workout.
Value for money		By far the worst money i have ever spent on a pre workout!!!!! I've been taking pre workouts for about 3 years as you may imagine i have tried quite a few, Not only was 1.m.r. the worst one i've ever spent my money on.
Value for money		dont waste your money alot better products out there.
