Muscle gain		I love my big bag of Real Gains.I have gained heaps (lean muscle) since i started using this.
Muscle gain		but this one takes the cake in terms of flavor (i can take it all day) and muscle gain.I take 3.5 scoops post-workout for the carbs and 3.5 scoops before hitting the bed.

Recovery ability		I am using this product for about 4 months and I can say that for me it does what the label says.I am taking 1 scoop 2 times/day,one of them before bad time.It helps recovery and mass gain .Also it does not add fat to your body,or at least it does not work in that way:)I am pleased of this product and I intend to use it in the future .
