Strength		I would definitely recommend RPM, especially if you're trying to make strength/mass gains.

Ingredient profile		RPM is my go to pre-workout from now on and its not just a pre-workout, it contains ingredients that can boost testosterone (icariin), lower estrogen (nargine), and help shred body fat!.


Physical energy		Explode, VPX, Jack 3rd and the anabolic side I gave it a 10+ you do see the results literally next day of use after a couple of weeks of using it, as for energy I did not get the lift
