What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of human growth hormone boosters you have used in the past? Personally, the first thing that comes to my mind is I felt let down, and lied to. Let down because when it comes down to it, the things I was “supposed” to feel, according to the bottle, or the person selling it, never happened. I felt lied to because raising HGH to supraphysiological conditions can result in bad side effects, so why would anyone want to intentionally do this, or promote a product that states it will do it?

I can't say I have much experience with GH-boosting products, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ran this right before 3Z so I could compare the two, but there weren't too many strong points to contrast. HGHpro contains Alpha-Glycerol Phosphoryl Choline, GABA and mucuna puriens among other ingredients, nothing too crazy there. I did find that I slept better on this, but it's hard to say whether I gained any more muscle or strength than I would have had I not been taking it. If anything, the results were not dramatic. The deeper sleep was nice, and I didn't wake up feeling drowsy like I did with the 3Z. I did notice an increase in hunger, but I didn't feel like I was experiencing enhanced recovery. AI also claims this will promote fat loss, but I didn't see any. With that said, I wasn't trying to diet, so that could be a factor. Some people swear by this stuff, but I won't be joining them.

Focus		The HGHpro was a very good product, I felt very focused and I only had one thing on my mind.


Ingredient profile		The label claims that it will put you into a deep restful sleep and that's what I got.


Strength		I noticed gains in overall strength throughout the duration of this product as well.
Physical energy		No longer having to worry about sleep alone was a load off my mind and having all of that extra energy did wonders for me.
Recovery ability		The recovery from this product was absolutely incredible.

Strength		Sleep improvements were definitely noticeable and there was the added effects/benefit of having some pretty crazy dreams which I always enjoy 9/10 Overall: Since having started using HGHPro I have had some strength gains and my overall appearance.
Strength		Even during my mini-cut I was still gaining strength.
Recovery ability		Recovery : while using HGHPro my recovery was really good, I worked out 6 days/week and there was only instance where I had terrible DOMS and that was due to incorporating a new exercise that my body was not used to.

Suppressed appetite		My appetite did increase quite a bit and I was concerned about my body fat going up or getting soft


Euphoria		I felt warm and well rested (even though I only got 7 hrs sleep), and had a good mood and contentedness that stayed with me through most of the morning.


Recovery ability		but I did feel more recovered and refreshed.


Muscle gain		I did notice better sleep and a slight increase in size.
