Muscle gain		I'm on week 5 with this and I've gained amazing strength on every lift.
Muscle gain		But have gained almost 2 inches on my chest, 1 inch to the shoulders, 1/2 inch to my neck, 1/4 inch to the arm, and about a 1/4 inch to the legs.

Strength		The DOMS never really got to me, my workouts don't have much volume and I adjust to lifting heavy weights for low reps so there was an increase to what was normal
