Texture		There is very little to no chalkiness to them, which I also enjoy.
Muscle gain		For the past 5 months, I have been using Syntha-6 and have been very pleased with how my body digests it, as well as the lean muscle I have gained.
Taste		I have tried 3 different flavors so far and am greatly surprised how good they are.
Taste		I personally would recommend this to others that are looking for a good tasting, easy digesting protein powder.
